GA75 series mud valve
The GA75 series mud valve is designed for wear-resistant service conditions, with reliable and heavy-duty performance. It is usually selected for strict oilfield equipment, including high-pressure mud mixing pipelines, high-pressure drilling systems, wellbore treatment, and fracturing services. It can meet the strict requirements of deep well drilling with a working pressure of 7500 psi. The available valve sizes range from 2 inches to 6 inches and come with butt weld or flange end connections.
Advantages&Features
-The connection between the flat gate with a T-shaped groove and the valve stem allows the gate to float towards the valve seat, providing a more reliable pressure seal.
-One piece valve seat and wear-resistant ring have corrosion resistance, can provide reliable sealing performance, can be replaced, and eliminate the cost of valve disassembly.
-When conducting internal component inspections, the valve cover can be easily removed or replaced without the need to disassemble the valve from the pipeline. No special tools required.
-Larger diameter valves use ball bearings to reduce torque.
-The locking valve seat design ensures uniform positioning of the valve seat, reducing fluid resistance
-The design of the valve body cavity allows for continuous fluid flushing, thereby preventing sand accumulation inside the valve body
